At Found Sound, we want to ensure your audio experience is flawless, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all premium electronics and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return or exchange your gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
