The 1980s "Japan Vintage" Squiers are one of the most desirable instruments to come from the legendary FujiGen factory during Fender Japan's golden era. Produced only from 1982 to 1984, JV Series basses remain highly sought after.

Built as a faithful '62 Jazz Bass reissue for the export market, these early JV models earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, vintage-correct appointments and a tone that comfortably rivals many American-made Fenders of the same period.

Featuring an alder body, slim C-shaped maple neck with rosewood fretboard, reverse-wind vintage tuners and classic dual single-coil pickups.
